After 15+ years of working with brands and their in-house teams, I noticed a recurring pattern—there was a disconnect between internal and external teams when it came to experience, objectives, and creativity, creating a gap between strategy and execution.

I have made it my mission to bridge this gap by bringing hybrid expertise in-house—blending brand and agency experience with a deep understanding of production.
