I have had the privilege of living and working across the globe, everywhere from the Ivory Coast, Italy, Kenya, the UK, South Africa, Canada, and The Netherlands. While learning to adapt to the rich tapestries of different cultures and ways of working, one thing has always stood out — I bring people together and create opportunities for growth, a mindset that has fuelled my entire career. 

I experienced deep fulfillment in Nairobi, where I founded an interior and furniture business, connecting local artisans with the international community. This experience reinforced my passion for bridging cultures and supporting talent.

My production journey started in Cape Town, where I developed a strong service attitude that still shapes how I work today. It led me to manage local and international TV and documentary productions, including an Emmy-awarded series. Later I moved on to agency and brand-side roles.

As managing director of a production company working directly for brands, I enabled in-house brand teams to optimise creative operations and scale production capabilities. Collaborating with global brands and their in-house teams, I understand the importance of building in-teams with strong foundations because those are the teams that thrive under any challenge.

Having navigated my fair share of high-pressure environments, I have learned to handle challenges with a positive approach. Where others see setbacks, I see opportunities for improvement.

This mindset spills over into my personal life too, much to the delight (and occasional exasperation) of my husband and two girls. Whether it is securing a better restaurant table or swapping hotels mid-flight, let’s just say they’ve learned to embrace my approach of never settling for less!
